Polenta portobello with salmon on cedar wood

Let me tell you, your house will have a heavenly fragrance and rich homy, cozy sent while preparing this recipe :)

Polenta portobellos

  • Sprinkle 4 large portobellos with a mixture of :
  • minced garlic 4 cloves
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Bake them at 350 F for 20 min
  • Slice paper thin onions 1 red
  • 8 Brussels sprouts

Caramelize these over medium heat on the stove top with 2 table spoon of coconut oil for 15 minutes or until golden

Make polenta on the stove top by boiling 500 ml of water and adding 80 grams of cornmeal, then reduce to a low simmer, stir often, until the mixture is creamy, about 15 minutes, add chèvre goat cheese and salt&pepper to your taste.

Finally: fill in your portobellos with polenta first and top with caramelized onion and Brussels sprouts on top, enjoy< it's delicious!


 

Wild caught salmon on cedar wood

Soak your cedar wood in water for an hour beforehand.

Cut the salmon, sprinkle with salt and spice, my favorite is universal - Bragg Organic 24 herbs and spices seasoning and place it on the wood, topped with fresh thyme. Place it in the oven 350 F for 15-20 min.

Pomegranate 4, baby carrot 2 hands full, 1/2 apple, 2 celery sticks
