To everyone who asked me about Landmark. This is the number 1 question that was asked these days :)  

Landmark  names  - "rackets" - as a fixed way of being and/or persistent complain. Rackets are instant reactions to real or imaginary threat - stimulus every day all your life.  Rackets have a payoff to be right or wrong, to dominate or avoid domination, to justify ourselves and invalided others, to win or lose, so basically everything that we do to avoid responsibility. And it follows with a cost that we pay, losing love and affection, vitality and well being, self expression and fulfillment.

I call it proactivity, meaning that our behavior is a function of our decisions, not our conditions or outer stimulus.  We can subordinate our feelings, emotions to our values. And we have a will and responsibility to make things happen in our lives. 

Responsibility is an ability to respond to whatever life generously offers you. It is up to you how to choose your unique respond. We all have the freedom to choose depending on our internalized and carefully selected values, self-awareness, belief, will, dream. Its a way of being. Happy.
