6 celery stacks
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 apple
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 knob ginger (some kids don't like the taste of it, so its up to you)
- 1/2 teaspoon of chlorella powder
Juice all ingredients and add chlorella. Drink it immediately, since all the benefits from juice comes from its freshness. As soon as you juice fresh ingredients you brake the cell walls of the nutrient rich fruits and vegetables open, activating vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients, chlorophyll and when they are exposed to oxygen, the process of oxidation defeats most part of drinking freshly squeezed juice. Oxidation can be easily observed on a cut apple, when it changes the color and becomes brown in just couple of minutes.
Peanut butter bark, kids will looove it!
- 1/3 cups of organic coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup of organic peanut butter or any other to your taste, warm
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoons brown rice syrup
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- handful of cacao nibs
Prepare a baking pan with baking paper. Mix together coconut oil, peanut butter, coconut flakes and syrup in a bowl. Spread on the pan and sprinkle with salt and cacao nibs. Place it in the freezer for 25 mins, then snap into pieces and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
